We are currently in the middle of selling our Assembly & Installation service. I have several intrested buyers that understand the importance of our Brand, High Search Engine Rankings, along with awards, ratings, and public exposure. More than anything else is the high demand for assembly services and the limited competition.
However, I have decided that even though I am happy with where and what I have done in the last few years I am very intrested in flipping homes. Like everything else i do, I have spent thousands of hours researching this occupation or investment. I am currently seeking a partner for financial backing while I do all the homework, research, and bring the proposed properties before him/her, and if all goes well we st a budget and I act as the General Contractor seeing that all work is done correctly, on time, and on budget.
